With the constantly changing COVID-19 situation around our world, this is an unthinkable time for everyone. It’s a time that is filled with such uncertainty. It feels like someone pushed the pause button for our lives. Plus, the risk of such an infection for our population. Our hearts and prayers go out to each and everyone in our community.
We want our customers to know we are committed to providing you with the plumbing services you depend on because plumbing problems aren’t likely to take a break. At this time, we will remain open fulltime and will continue to provide service as fast as possible.
For more than 50 years, the Carter’s have focused on our mission to serve our customers with sanitary safety – as Licensed Plumbers, we protect the health of our community. Our enduring mission continues to guide us as we closely monitor and respond to this critical situation.
STOPPING THE SPREAD
Our employees are taking extra precautions in order to keep you and your family safe during this time. Below are the precautions each employee will be taking before, after, and during your service call.
- We will ask you as our customer if you or anyone in your home has had any exposure.
- We are monitoring our technician’s health status and any exposure prior to coming to your home.
- We wear disposable gloves, botties, face masks and face shields while in your home.
- We will maintain a 6 ft distance for safety.
- We wash our hands with anti-bacteria soap and water before and after every call.
- We wipe down our trucks, truck steering wheel and cabs, customer literature, phones, iPads, tools, work areas before and after every call.
- We are keeping our warehouse very sanitized with all products being wiped down prior to installation.
- All tools are sanitized before and after every job.
